EXTERIOR SHELLS

EBC employs European Blast Equipment vertical machines to perform dust free surface preparation on exterior and interior walls of ground fuel storage tanks and exterior ship hulls.

The 500VH is a portable abrasive blasting system designed to clean and profile large vertical steel surfaces (ship hulls and storage tanks). With a blast pattern of 20", this electrically powered machine is suspended by a crane or winch and works in an up or down blasting direction. It is operated by remote control from a mobile control station.

As is depicted in the photo to the right --> It is possible to paint just a few passes behind the machines. This allows for faster turn around and shorter schedules.
